A mathematical model was developed to monitor and predict changes in salt concentration groundwater a two-layer environment, representing the process of salinization swamping. qualitative analysis scientific research on problem is provided. Since represented by differential equation, effective numerical computational algorithms were solve change based stable disclosure scheme with high-order accuracy relative time spatial variables. Mathematical models transport during geo-filtration processes improved, developed, taking into account such important parameters as physical mechanical properties: water loss coefficient, diffusion coefficients, filtration rates depending level.
